Paula has worked in the television industry since 1996. She spent many years at ITV overseeing some of their major factual and entertainment formats such as Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Hell’s Kitchen, Come Dine with Me, Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and The Pride of Britain Awards. Since leaving the broadcaster, Paula joined Transistor Films (previously Znak & Co) to oversee commissions for a diverse range of broadcasters – Netflix, Sky, A&E, Jupiter Entertainment, Endemol US and Fox.

She is currently responsible for the Entertainment Department at Transistor, producing shows for Sky Max, Sky Atlantic, Sky Cinema & Sky Arts.
