But today’s stalkers aren’t men in bushes with binoculars or Hollywood portrayals of romanticised persistence. The truth is far more troubling. Exploring the reality behind eight current stalking convictions, I Am A Stalker sets out to debunk the myths and misunderstanding surrounding the crime of stalking, through the voices of those closest to it. Across eight standalone films, each episode tackles a challenging story of pathological obsession, from both the viewpoint of the victim and that of the stalker themselves.
